Submission Policy
We love showcasing work from our community and welcome submissions for possible publication on the Architex website and social media channels.
By submitting your work, you confirm that you are the original creator or have the necessary rights to share it with us. You retain full ownership and copyright of your original work at all times.
If your submission is selected for publication, Architex may add a discreet watermark, logo, or other branding for identification and promotional purposes. We will never alter the creative integrity of your work without your knowledge.
Before anything is published, we will send you a preview of the final version, including any branding, for your approval. Your work will only be published once you have confirmed that you are happy with the final version.
Whenever your work is featured, we will provide clear credit to you and, where appropriate, link to your preferred social media account or website.
By approving the final version for publication, you grant Architex a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, share, and promote your submitted work across our website, social media channels, and related promotional materials. You remain free to use, publish, or license your work elsewhere.
Architex respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content published on this website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with the relevant details.
Your notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL(s) or location of the material on our website.
- Evidence that you own, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of, the copyright or intellectual property rights.
